Our Certified Organic Chandler Pomelo is a low acid ancestor of the common grapefruit. They have a mild flavor and provide a sweet and juicy snack. Like grapefruit, they are large and have a thick rind and pinkish flesh. Try peeling off the rind and all the segmentation inside the fruit. The individual pomelo jewels or flesh of the fruit is firm, allowing you to eat each one like a berry without having a big juicy mess on your hands.

Home Delivery

**Please note this policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.**

We offer home delivery NATIONWIDE.

Nationwide shipping is available three days a week, Monday through Wednesday. Any orders placed after 10:00am PST on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following week.

SoCal Locals (CA, South of Bakersfield) shipping is available four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Any orders placed after 10:00am PST on Thursday will be processed and shipped the following week.

Farm Pick-up is available on Monday and Thursday between 10:00am-2:00pm. Please arrange your Farm Pickup time by requesting a time in the Notes box at checkout.

If you would like to delay your shipping to the following week or a specific date please add your request in the ‘note to seller’ box at checkout. Otherwise, all orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible in the order they were received.

All orders received are processed immediately and will be packaged and shipped at the earliest convenience. If you would like to cancel your order or combine multiple orders, please contact Customer Service at info@dickinsonfamilyfarms.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you to the best of our ability, however, if the order has already been processed and packaged, changes may not be possible. In the event that you receive an incorrect item, or an item is missing from your order, please reach out within two business days, and we will be sure you are taken care of!

Quality is our priority and our fruit is picked at peak flavor. All orders are individually packed in a box with recyclable filler and cushioning for safe transit to your home. We offer the best shipping options to you so that once a box leaves our warehouse, it will be to you as quickly as possible. We want that first bite to be just like you’re standing in our orchards having picked the fruit right from the tree. If your fruit arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately and we will make it right with you.

We offer you the choice of USPS and UPS services. You will receive three confirmations: an order confirmation immediately upon purchase, a confirmation when your order is shipped and a confirmation when your order is delivered. All packages will be left without a signature and can be delivered as late as 8pm.

P.O. box addresses are not accepted. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or mistakes entered in shipping details. Any shipping instructions should be entered into the ‘note to seller’ section at checkout (NOT in the address section). We will forward special shipping instructions onto the shipping carrier, however, we cannot guarantee drivers will follow instructions.
