Made by Southern California Bees, our Wildflower honey is a lighter version of our popular Avocado Honey. The bees visit all types of flowers to collect nectar when making the Wildflower honey and the result is a sweet, light amber colored syrup that tastes amazing on fresh baked goods or to sweeten your tea. The Wildflower honey has unique berry-like notes to go with an intense sweet flavor. Our honey is strained through a coarse filter to remove large particles of beeswax and bee parts but not enough to take out beneficial pollen from the mixture. The result is a highly beneficial elixir to be used in many ways; Honey is an effective medicinal remedy as well as a nutritionally dense food containing antioxidants, proteins, amino acids, minerals, and organic acids.
