Our Certified Organic Chandler Pomelo is a low acid ancestor of the common grapefruit. They have a mild flavor and provide a sweet and juicy snack. Like grapefruit, they are large and have a thick rind and pinkish flesh. Try peeling off the rind and all the segmentation inside the fruit. The individual pomelo jewels or flesh of the fruit is firm, allowing you to eat each one like a berry without having a big juicy mess on your hands.
